Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Refunds For:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Shipping delays outside our control
  • Refusing delivery
  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide a replacement if approved.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Because our products are handmade and custom-prepared for each customer, we begin processing quickly after an order is placed.
